Week 36 Global Markets Analysis
There are 31 Global Markets that I have started tracking expanding from my prior tracking. I believe this covers all the global markets traded in the US stock markets that have reasonable volume.
Trending Heat Map
Turkey is the only market that is perfectly bullish. However, given the currency situation in Turkey not sure if the risk reward is worth it for now. The other markets that are looking good are Chile, Brazil and India.
Performance
Let’s review the performance of each of these global markets and see whether their trending and ROI are aligned.
Turkey and Chile are top performers in all periods of analysis. Brazil and India are doing well recently.
European markets have been big losers in 2022. The worst are Poland, Germany, Netherlands, and Italy. China and neighboring markets have also performed poorly.
Weekly Performance
Looking at recent weekly performance.
For the most part, the Global Markets are returning similar to the major US markets and the sectors from a week over week basis. The next assessment I will be doing will be to review the support and resistance levels of these markets. That will tell me if there are short-term trading opportunities.
