Stock Holdings Review
The stock markets were massively down yesterday. I think only the contra-ETFs were green. These are obviously instruments that go up when the stocks themselves go down.
Yesterday I did not do anything just sticking to my models. So, this morning I want to see how the trends on my holdings look like.
First the S&P 500: It is definitely close to reversing and turning negative as we can see from the chart below. But it has not done so yet. So, I am going to hold for now. I have already lost money this round on this holding and will likely end up losing some more. However, I do not know what will happen next. It is true that the probability of it going down further is higher than the probability of it reversing course now. But for me, the confirmation that it still wants to go down is when the 10-day simple moving average crosses below the 20-day simple moving average. That has not happened yet. I currently hold SPXL and will wait and watch for now.
TQQQ: This is the same as the S&P 500. It has not completely turned bearish as of now. So, I will hold.
XLU: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
XLV: Has turned bearish. So, I will liquidate.
EEM: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
IWM: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
PICK: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
XME: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
FNGU: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
BULZ: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
SOXL: Not turned bearish yet. So, I will hold.
