Keeping the S&P 500 return of +2.38% in week 4 as the benchmark, we can identify the winners and the losers. Consumer Discretionary XLY, Technology XLK and Communications XLC are the winners. Healthcare XLV, Utilities XLU and Consumer Staples XLP are the losers.

We can make our own inferences from the above. We can say that Technology XLK, Communications XLC and the Consumer Discretionary XLY are in catch-up mode. We can also say that Energy XLE, Materials XLB, Industrials XLI and Financials XLF have been steady and continue to remain steady.
